Kyara has been working as a Medical Assistant for seven years and completed her doula training in 2022 year. She found Roots in 2023 when she moved to Minneapolis from North Carolina and has greatly enjoyed diving deeper into the birth work world here! Kyara enjoys supporting families both in clinic and at births and believes that birth a sacred and powerful event that all families deserve unconditional support though. When not working Kyara can be found hanging out with her dog and trying new food.
